Open System Preferences and go to Keyboard:

Select the Shortcuts tab. Make sure the box for "Use keyboard navigation to move focus between controls" is checked.

Open Safari Preferences:

Select the Advanced tab. Make sure the box for "Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage" is checked.

Federal Funds are used to provide resources to district teachers and students in order to support effective instruction, increase student achievement, increase the amount of effective teachers, principals and school leaders. Federal funds provide low income and minority students greater access to effective teachers, principals and school leaders.
